How do I cancel my appointment?

What should I do if I am running late?
As soon as you know you might be late for an appointment give us a buzz at 214-548-4335. The sooner we know the better we can accommodate you. If you are running 5 minutes late, chances are you should be fine and able to still get your service completed. However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late, depending on the service, you may need to cancel and reschedule. We take pride in respecting our clients' time and quality in our work, I mean we are the ‘Bee’s Knees’!
Do I have to come alone?
Yes, we ask that only the client receiving the service be the only one in the treatment room.
I am on my period, what should I do?
No worries! This happens all the time! As long as you wear a tampon, and depending on your comfort level you can keep your appointment and we will work around it. Otherwise, just give us a buzz at 214-548-4335 and we will get you rescheduled.

First-time reactions may include tenderness, soreness, pores will appear irritated like little razor bumps, redness, histamine reaction, and small bumps like white heads. These reactions are not permanent and typically subside in 24-48 hours.
Does everyone have a reaction after getting waxed?
No, each skin type reacts differently. If you are worried about a possible reaction, come on in and we can wax a small area to see if there is any reaction.
